Every trade requires their own tools whether it’s carpentry, plumbing or electrical. Well the same can be said for landlords as they require their own unique set of landlord tools.
Whether it’s resources for leases or forms for their landlord business, checklists to ensure you don’t miss steps or possibly spreadsheets andr calculators to determine amortization schedules, cash flow or even prorated rent calculations.
These are all unique tools that have a place in a landlords tool kit.
At the Educated Landlord we’ve created many of our own unique tools such as checklists, spreadsheets and calculators that we use on an ongoing basis in our business.
some of these are highly specialized and optimized for our particular use. Some are included in some of the courses we teach as part of the programs and some we created that we give away freely to help landlords with their business.
I’ll be adding more tools here to assist landlords as we progress, and if you happen to have any tools or websites you’d recommend to help out landlords please leave a comment below and I’ll work on adding what I can.
In the meantime here are a few Calculator Tools to get you started.
