Hi Bill,
It’s funny I was visiting a tenant a few weeks ago and I commented on how great the apartment looked, but it never occurred to me to take pictures. Next time I go over I’ll be sure to bring my camera and ask if I can grab some photos!

Hi Andrew,
Some of these tips seem rather obvious after the fact 8′], but that’s where experience and seeing what works can really help you over time. Definitely make sure you get permission and explain what you’ll be using them for. Also make sure you don’t include any pictures that have photos of the tenants or the families in them, just to help protect everyone’s privacy.
Regards,
Bill
